Terms Of Sale:

• Our printing is great but you should always expect some copies that are not perfect. Normally between 2 - 7% of the prints may have slight defects in them and should be expected. Even major label CDs has defects in some of their printing.
• We will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages (or loss of revenue, profits or data) arising in connection with this Agreement.
• We will not be held liable or obligated to any remedial actions monetarily or otherwise for errors in the discs produced which are attributable to defects or errors in the source materials provided by the customer or as a result of errors in the disc content layout details submitted by the customer.
• We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to this Agreement or any services or products offered, including, without limitation, warranties of fitness, merchantability, non-infringement, or any implied warranties arising out of a course of performance.
• This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to the choice of law principles thereof.
• By purchasing our service, you are accepting this agreement, the customer is acknowledging that they have the legal right to have the source material reproduced or duplicated, or have obtained legal permission to have copyrighted material reproduced/duplicated by us. You also agree to defend, indemnify and hold us and our officers, directors, agents, employees and representatives harmless from and against, any and all claims, suits, damages, losses, liabilities, obligations, penalties and expenses, including attorney's fees, relating to or based on the Source material you have provided to us, and agree to all of the terms of this agreement.
• All sales are final.
